  • "During Will's time at Hush, he was very instrumental especially during our very early phases of the company. He wore many hats from assisting founders, managing vendors & staff at events, as well as help assist in setup, breakdown, and random duties that needed to be done. No matter what, Will was a team player who made sure the work got done. Will is understanding, flexible, attentive, and communicates well. He can be given any task and goes above & beyond to assist the team in every way - even as far as ensuring we made time for self-care and mental health. He would be a great asset to any organization."

  • "It was a pleasure getting to know Will during his time at Green Thumb Industries (GTI). Will joined the team and quickly learned his way around the company to support content development for GTI’s social media platforms. He played an active role in ideating and activating strategies and concepts to help increase engagement on GTI’s social media platforms. Will developed content that was thoughtful, thorough and engaging. His passion for social justice, particularly in the cannabis space, aligned well with GTI’s core values and social impact mission, so he was able to bring forward great ideas to help push GTI’s social impact mission forward through social media outreach. Will is smart, kind and someone who cares deeply about his work and the people around him. I look forward to seeing him grow and accomplish his goals."

    —Jai Kensey
    GTI Corporate Social Responsibility Lead

  • "Having worked closely with Will from 2024 to 2025 on the Communications team at the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), Will was the driving force behind our digital communications, website, and social media. He orchestrated a seamless transition to a brand-new WordPress website, a project that required great responsibility and collaboration across many departments. Will also managed our department’s cloud-based customer service software, Freshdesk, and completed customer requests in a timely and professional manner. He authored and designed the monthly newsletter for both our organization and our sister organization, Joint Accreditation, and collaborated with executives from six other healthcare organizations to plan and execute the first-ever recognition day for our field, called Healthcare Continuing Education Professionals Day. I can attest to his commitment, dedication, and talent."
